Summer Training Program
The Melrose Dutchmen Cross-Country Summer Training Program is tailored towards three levels of runners to prepare you for the season, and include three different workouts. The Summer Training Program starts in May and extends to the first day of practice. The three levels include the 150 mile club (Beginner), the 300 mile club (Intermediate) and the 500 mile club (Advanced). For each athlete that completes the number of miles to be included in the "Mile Club" in this time period, they will receive a unique T-shirt for each level and be included on the exclusive list of 150, 300 and 500 Mile Club Members.
